About 50 runners and walkers take off in the rain Saturday in the Hot Chocolate 5K Run and Walk at Nichols Park. Event proceeds go to the students in the Morgan-Scott CEO program for high school seniors. CEO stands for creating entrepreneurial opportunities. CEO graduates receive six credit hours at no cost through Lincoln Land Community College.
