Morgan Brueckner serves as the Student Services Coordinator at the Perryville Area Career and Technology Center (PACTC), where she leads student outreach, recruitment, enrollment, and initiatives that promote equitable access and successful outcomes for students across the Career Center’s consortium serving Perry County, Ste. Genevieve County, and portions of Bollinger County.
In addition to her role at PACTC, Morgan serves as Concurrent Credit Liaison for Mineral Area College, overseeing dual credit partnerships and articulation agreements that expand postsecondary opportunities for Career Center students. She also serves as Representative for Career Center Counselors of the Southeast Region of Missouri on the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) Advisory Council for Comprehensive School Counseling, collaborating with fellow counselors, legislators, and stakeholders from across the state to strengthen career readiness and student support systems.
Morgan is passionate about building partnerships that connect education with workforce and community needs. At PACTC, she works alongside educators, business and industry partners, and community organizations to expand opportunities for students. This is done in part by supporting the efforts of student organizations, such as FFA, FCCLA, SkillsUSA, and FBLA, building relationships with East Missouri Action Agency and SkillUp, and continuing to seek out Missouri Registered Youth Apprenticeships available to students.
Beyond her professional roles, Morgan coaches Middle School Cheerleading at Perry County Middle School, where she continues her passion for fostering teamwork and developing confident leaders. Whether working locally, regionally, or at the state level, she is committed to helping students recognize their potential while strengthening the communities they will one day lead.
