As we near the end of our very first year of Johnson County CEO, we took time this morning to reflect on the journey.

At the beginning of the year, each student wrote a letter to their future self. Today, those letters were returned—offering a meaningful opportunity to look back on how far they’ve come, both personally and professionally.

Students also completed a year-end survey for our board, sharing reflections, future plans, and goals as they prepare for what’s next.

This inaugural class has truly set the foundation for Johnson County CEO. Their willingness to step outside their comfort zones, embrace challenges, and grow has helped shape this program for years to come. We are incredibly grateful for each of them taking a chance on themselves and being the first to lead the way.
