About Me

Lanie Stanford is a senior at Teutopolis High School who stays busy with her academics, dance, and work. She is a member of the National Honor Society and competes on both her high school dance team and through LARA of Dance. Lanie brings her passion for dance to her job as an instructor at LARA of Dance, and she also works at the Workman Sports Complex. After high school, she plans to study psychology in college while continuing to dance competitively.

By joining the Effingham County CEO program, Lanie wants to step out of her comfort zone, improve her public speaking, and learn how to present heself professionally. She looks forward to exploring different career paths and gaining hands-on business experience that will help her in the future.
