About Me

Laney Doty is a senior at Beecher City High School, where she has been a lifelong resident and student. Dedicated to academic excellence, Laney has earned High Honors every year of high school, is a member of the National Honor Society, and is currently working to graduate as the class Valedictorian. Alongside her studies, she represents her school on the cross country and track teams and gains hands-on customer service experience working as a food runner at Chili’s in Effingham. Following graduation, she plans to attend the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, California, to further her faith.

As a participant in the Effingham County CEO program, Laney is most excited to build her confidence in public speaking and establish lasting, strong professional connections throughout Effingham County.
