About Me

My name is Djouna Zanger, and I am a senior at Quincy High School. 
My first language is Haitian Creole, but I’ve been learning English ever since I was adopted and moved to the United States when I was 10. My twin sister and I have family in Haiti that we still keep in touch with, and I would love to go back and visit there, but I can’t see myself living in Haiti. 
After high school, I want to go to college. My dream job is to be a cosmetic chemist, although I am interested in a lot of different jobs in the beauty industry. 
There are a lot of reasons I wanted to join the CEO program: to learn how to make the hair business I run with my twin sister even better, to get more experience talking in front of groups, to learn more about some of the opportunities that are out there, and to better prepare me for college.
