CEO West students can officially say their trade show requirements are finished; money counted, profit and loss sheets submitted and loans repaid. The end of the year will feature a “Speaker Series” starting with Dawn Olds (Halo retiree) and Rebecca Munoz-Ripley (YWCA Executive Director). They walked students through a series of activities to remind them of the importance of understanding diversity, biases, and self-awareness. Dawn finished the day with a discussion on metrics used to measure success in reference to students’ individual businesses. Students also wore their “Wear Green to be Seen” shirts in support of NAMI. Purchasing the shirts supports their efforts.
