Yesterday, our Spoon River CEO students had the opportunity to visit Princess Creations Cakes in Canton, IL, where owner Suella Kuenzl welcomed them for a behind-the-scenes experience!

Suella shared the story of how her business came to life, which highlighted the hard work it takes to make a business successful. Students toured her commercial kitchen, learned about daily operations, and even sampled her most popular cupcake flavor, Wedding Cake. 🎂

Students even learned this fun fact: Suella baked over 30,000 cupcakes last year!

We are incredibly grateful to Suella at Princess Creations Cakes for taking the time to invest in our Spoon River CEO students and for sharing such an authentic look into small business ownership. Experiences like these continue to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs!
