We visited with Jordan Papik, General Manager of Papik Motors in Luverne. Papik has expanded their footprint by purchasing a Chevrolet dealership in Rock Rapids and a Ford dealership in Sibley, IA, now holding eight franchises. Jordan spoke to the young professionals about team culture, legislation for electric vehicles, organization of the business, customer service, tariffs, tracking sales, and marketing and sales. A quote Jordan shared with the young professionals is to "never lower your target- increase your actions". Jordan's favorite business book is " 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and he shared about listening to podcasts. Papik's believe in being community involved and encourage their employees to do the same. Jordan said Papik's goal is to make buying a vehicle simple for the customer.
