About Me

My name is Will Klepzig, and I am currently a junior at Shelbyville High School. Throughout my time in school, I have developed a strong interest in business and finance, which has shaped both my academic focus and my future goals. Through my involvement in the CEO Program, I have gained valuable experience in networking, working with others, and building confidence in professional settings, all while learning directly from local business leaders. In addition to my academics, I balance a part-time job along with my involvement in tennis and cross country, which has helped me develop strong time management skills, discipline, and a consistent work ethic. After high school, I plan to attend a Division I university to study accountancy, along with business or finance-related fields. Looking ahead, my goal is to build a successful career in business and finance, continue growing as a leader, and create a stable and meaningful future for myself and those around me.

About My Business

My business is Klepzig Academic Tutoring, and it focuses on helping middle school and high school students, especially in math, truly understand what they’re learning. A big thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of students aren’t struggling because they’re not smart; they’re struggling because they’re confused and sometimes lack the drive to push through that confusion, which eventually leads to frustration and falling behind. What I do is create a structured environment where students are actively learning, asking questions, and working through problems instead of just sitting there. Since I’ve recently taken these classes myself, I’m able to explain concepts in a way that actually makes sense to them. The goal isn’t just better grades, but building confidence and helping students become independent learners, because once that clicks, everything starts to change. Right now, I’m starting with one-on-one sessions and small groups, with plans to expand as demand grows, and my long-term goal is to build something that not only helps students succeed in school but also changes the way they approach learning overall.
