Addilyn Bly is a junior at Windsor High School and a member of the Shelby County CEO program. She is most excited about the opportunity to grow and learn from hands-on business experiences throughout the year. After graduation, Addilyn plans to attend an aviation university in Florida to pursue her dream career in aviation. She hopes to build leadership, communication, and entrepreneurial skills that will prepare her for both college and her future profession. Addilyn looks forward to using the CEO experience to challenge herself and discover new opportunities.
About My Business
Being an artsy and creative person, baking was honestly my last thought. I've always loved trying new things, but I never pictured myself turning it into something more. My dad has always been a huge fan of anything I bake, and one day, as I was sliding a tray of cookies into the oven, it just hit me-baking is something I'm passionate about, something I'm good at, and something I could share with others.
From that moment, my idea took off. Baking became not just a hobby, but a way to express myself, make people smile, and build a business that represents who I am. Through CEO, I've been able to turn this spark of inspiration into a real opportunity, and I'm excited to see where it leads.
