About Me
Marissa Allen is a senior at Tiffin Columbian High School. She is the oldest of five siblings and enjoys anything involving the outdoors. She is also involved in basketball and track at Columbian. She is participating in CEO to learn the proper ways to run a business and build relationships in the business world. After high school she plans to attend college and complete her undergraduate degree in Business and Sports Management and a masters in sports law with the ultimate goal of becoming a sports agent. The CEO program is opening doors and allowing her to learn and grasp an understanding for being an entrepreneur.

Hair by Marissa gives students a safe and reliable place where they feel comfortable to get there hair styled. Students come from all over the world where most have these services where they are from. Spending more time away from home, in college, they deserve a place where they can get their hair done without stressing the cost or where or who to go to. Starting a textured hair salon is a high-growth opportunity, as approximately 65-70% of the global population has textured hair, yet this demographic remains significantly underserved by traditional salons. While local establishments offer services such as curls, extensions, and dreads, there is no dedicated "moisture-first" or "curl-exclusive" salon specifically catering to the diverse needs of students.
