Last week in CEO, our students had the privilege of learning from two impactful community leaders—Erin Perry, owner of Counseling Connections Center, and Jason Perry, Vice President of Matrix Technologies, in addition to many other business ventures. Each spent a morning with us, offering unique and meaningful perspectives.

Erin emphasized the importance of self-care, reminding us that personal well-being is essential to long-term success. Jason shared insights on leadership, resilience, and the reality that even the smallest roles require dedication and determination. Together, their messages highlighted how quickly life changes and the importance of maintaining balance in all aspects of life while staying grounded through it all.
