Cassie challenged us to think about what truly sets our businesses apart and how we can continue growing them—even beyond high school and into college. Her philosophy of community over competition is clearly working, as she’s built a business that spans 47 communities across four states. 💼✨

She encouraged our students to reflect on what they’ve learned through CEO and how they can take those skills to the next level—while also stepping outside of their comfort zones. With the help of mentors, identifying where we’re comfortable (and where we need to stretch) is key to growth.

Cassie also shared the importance of evolving in business to meet client needs, and gave great advice as students prepare for the upcoming tradeshow—especially around cohesive branding, strong displays, and the power of networking and relationships. 🤝
