Today we met with Brad Fjelsta, President and CEO, and Paul Thompson, CFO/COO, of Cooperative Response Services. Our students were impressed to learn more about the CRC. They are a 24/7 operation every day of the year with four different sites in addition to remote workers. They started as a personal alarm monitoring system in 1991.

Students learned about what it means to be a cooperative and how it is a customer owned and member driven company who works to meet customer needs and go where the members need them. Additionally, they are looking at how they continue to expand, grow, and support their customers.

Key takeaways:
📞Their members drive their work and conversations matter
📞What we do today, we will work to do better the next day
📞Be the best and have a passion for what you do
📞Build a better future and invest in the employees you hire
