This morning, our CEO team had the privilege of hearing from Tommy Justison, who shared valuable lessons from his career and life experiences. He encouraged our students to take action early, reminding us that you are never too young to get started.

Throughout his presentation, Tommy emphasized the importance of understanding cash flow and capital expenses, balancing risk with reward, and persisting even when success feels distant. He reminded us that opportunity often comes from innovation and the willingness to disrupt the norm, while inaction can be the greatest risk of all.

He also spoke on the role of empathy and resilience, noting that failure is not the end but a step toward success. Above all, Tommy left us with a powerful message to carry forward: wealth is measured in impact, not profits.

Thank you Tommy for speaking to our team!
