When you graduate in a class of 50 students in a high school where your parents, grandparents and great-grandparents attended, the world may seem fairly small. But when students in Winchester, IL gained the opportunity to participate in the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship CEO program, the world got a little bigger.
SHELBYVILLE— Efforts are underway to introduce the most effective and cost efficient approach to long-term economic development in Shelby County – by equipping our youth with real life business skills.
In the nearly two months since the first classroom session, the Macoupin CEO program has already had 12 guest speakers and students have planned their first group business venture.
