On August 17th, Martin County CEO had the pleasure of sitting down with the new director of the Martin County Community Foundation, Megan Hawkins. Megan spoke with the group about the role of the Community Foundation and how it plays a vital role in supporting various nonprofit initiatives throughout the county.

During this visit, the group learned about ways the Community Foundation has benefited programs they’ve been involved with that they didn’t even know about.

This was a great way for the group to learn the importance and value of actively being involved in their community!
