We had the privilege of spending Friday morning with Sheila Rossmann, President & CEO of Paramount Industrial Inc., CFO for PlayPros, long-time Kokomo CEO partner and mentor, and a true entrepreneur who has owned 7 businesses over her career. Sheila’s leadership in manufacturing has been recognized nationally, including receiving Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in Manufacturing.
Sheila guided us through an eye-opening “Find Your Why” exercise to dig deeper into the real reason we’re each here this year. These WHY statements will serve as our anchors, something to come back to when the road gets tough, motivation dips, or challenges arise.
