Mentor and Board Appreciation Breakfast Celebrates Community Support

This morning, the Kankakee County CEO class hosted a Mentor and Board Appreciation Breakfast to recognize the dedicated individuals who support the program. Held at Asbury UMC in downtown Kankakee, the event brought together mentors, board members, and students for a meaningful celebration.

CEO students presented their mentors and board members with certificates of appreciation, acknowledging the time, guidance, and encouragement each person has provided throughout the year. A delicious hot breakfast, catered by The Country Table, was enjoyed by all.

The students took pride in setting the tables, pouring beverages, and welcoming guests as a way to express their gratitude. On display were the CEO honor cords, which students will receive upon successful completion of the program.
