Guest Speaker: Sarah Farmer

We had the pleasure of welcoming Sarah, a Commercial Loan Assistant with Legence Bank, to speak with our CEO students today and share her financial wisdom.

Sarah walked the class through the importance of tracking expenses and sales, showing students how understanding their numbers is key to running a successful business. She also shared a helpful financial tracking document that does the calculations for them—students simply plug in their numbers and can clearly see where they stand financially each month.

What made Sarah’s visit even more meaningful was her personal connection to the program. Her daughter participated in Saline County CEO a few years ago, giving Sarah a unique perspective on the experience. She was able to share insights with our students in a way that was relatable and practical as they continue building their own businesses.

We are grateful for community members like Sarah who invest their time and knowledge into the next generation of entrepreneurs!
