Guest Speaker: Daniel Money

This morning our class had the opportunity to hear from Daniel Money, who works with Shipping Saint and Eagle House Ministries. Daniel shared valuable insight on the importance of building genuine relationships in both business and life.

One of the key takeaways from Daniel’s message was learning how to move beyond small talk by asking thoughtful questions that help you truly understand someone and create meaningful connections. Strong relationships are the foundation of success in any industry.

Daniel also spoke about personal growth and the role personality tests can play in helping individuals better understand themselves and how they collaborate with others. However, he reminded students that while self-awareness is important, becoming too self-focused can be detrimental. Being relational and learning how to connect with people will always matter.

He left the class with a powerful reminder: Don’t despise the days of small beginnings. Growth takes time, and every step forward matters.

Thank you, Daniel, for investing in our students and sharing your wisdom!
