We had an amazing business visit to Ashton Orthodontics in Carbondale, IL with Dr. Kelsea Ashton!

As a proud Southern Illinois native and Saluki, Dr. Ashton welcomed us with warmth and excellence. From the moment we walked in, her team set the tone professional, friendly, and genuinely pleasant. You can tell right away that the culture she’s built is intentional.

We were given a full tour of the facility, followed by an engaging one-on-one roundtable conversation with Dr. Ashton. She shared her journey into dentistry, offering insight into the passion and persistence it took to get where she is today.

One of the most impactful takeaways was her emphasis on the importance of team longevity. She highlighted how investing in people, creating a positive work environment, and building trust over time are key ingredients to a successful practice.

Thank you, Dr. Ashton and team, for your hospitality and for pouring into us. Experiences like this give us real-world insight and inspiration for the future!
