Can an 18-year-old fresh out of high school own a business?

Absolutely! 💪🏾

On our recent business visit, we had the opportunity to meet Jessica Jimenez, owner of Ultimate Gymnastics & Cheer — and her story is a true testimony of determination, vision, and faith in the process.

Right after high school, Jessica partnered with her parents and purchased the business from the original owner. What started with just 40 students has now grown to over 400 students strong! 📈

But it’s bigger than gymnastics and cheer. Her facility serves the community in multiple ways:
• Open gym opportunities
• Birthday parties and special events
• A vision to become a safe after-school space for students

We appreciated hearing how she navigated building projects, unexpected obstacles, and the real-life challenges that come with entrepreneurship at such a young age. Leadership isn’t about age — it’s about courage, commitment, and consistency.

Jessica is truly leading the way. 👏🏾
