About Me
Addi Ruiz is a senior at Effingham High School and is involved in National Honors Society, Effingham girls golf team, and the local Humane Society. Outside of school, Addi is very passionate about volunteering at the local Humane Society in Effingham, working at Frost Buddy and Effingham Country Club, playing pickleball with her friends and snuggling with her pet cat, Reid. After high school, Addi plans on going to Lake Land for her first year then transferring to a four year college in Washington, D.C. to study Criminal Psychology.

Blind Reads is a small business that sells "blind date with a book" products designed to make reading more exciting and fun. Each book is carefully wrapped with only a few hints about the story, giving customers the thrill of choosing a surprise read based on the vibe of the cover. My goal is to help people fall back in love with reading while also creating a cute, giftable experience.
