The Monday workday kicked off with an impromptu show and tell session from the students' vehicles, a fun activity that helped the group learn more about each other. Even this early in the year, students are gaining valuable lessons from their badge business, which will prove helpful during the rest of their CEO journey.

The week featured a variety of presenters. Alec Ring from Ring Financial presented “A Lifetime of Good Choices: Hard Work, Accountability, Persistence, and Faithfulness.” Alex Pleasant, President of the Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation, explained the foundation's role and its function as the fiscal agent for the CEO program. The week wrapped up with Jennifer Wendt from First Mid, who helped students analyze their DISC results.
