Start Your Application
When applications open, you’ll get a text with a direct link. Our blind review hides names and personal details, so selection is based on your potential and interest. The application is a simple 6-step process.

Submit Before The Application Window Closes
Late submissions won’t be considered. Submit a 150-word personal narrative on why you want to be a part of CEO, complete a character survey, provide the required character references (set by your program), and obtain parent/guardian approval.

Sarah Haislar
Edwardsville CEO
Class of 2026
Sarah Haislar is a senior at Edwardsville High School. At EHS she serves as an officer in the National Honor Society and is an active member of the National English Honor Society. She is also one of the captains of the EHS Varsity Dance Team and has trained at Rena’s Dance Unlimited for over 13 years. Outside of her academic and dance commitments, Sarah enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and providing babysitting and pet-sitting services. She plans to pursue a degree in business and possibly minor in dance, and looks forward to the opportunities and experiences offered by the CEO program as she works toward her future goals.

Sebastian Noronha
Edwardsville CEO
Class of 2026
Sebastian Noronha is a Senior at Father McGivney Catholic High School. At school, he holds several leadership positions including House Leader, National Honor Society Committee Head, Co-Captain of the Announcement Team, Drama Department Head of Marketing & Media, Drama Club President, and Founder and President of International Cultures Club. Sebastian stays involved in several other extracurricular activities, as well, including Spanish Club, Yearbook Club, and his role as Student Lead of the Dance Planning Committee. Outside of school, Sebastian enjoys reading, learning languages, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. After high school, Sebastian plans to attend college to double major in Psychology and Spanish on a Pre-Med Track, with a possible minor in Global Studies or Neuroscience. He hopes to one day become an oncologist or work for the World Health Organization (WHO). Sebastian joined the CEO program to grow in his communication skills and for the real world experience gained from this program. He is excited to grow as a person and can’t wait to establish community connections and make new friends throughout this program. He is so grateful for this amazing opportunity and everyone who has made the Edwardsville CEO program possible!

Kylie Brunton

Class of 2026
Kylie Brunton is a Senior at Metro East Lutheran High School. She enjoys being the captain on her school’s competitive dance team. She also participates in Fuel (a student-led Bible study she created her freshman year), National Honor Society, Student Embassy, Academic Challenge, the debate club, and the drama choreographer and combat scene captain and theater hair/makeup. She also appreciates getting to spend time with her family. In the future she hopes to do a dual major in early childhood and elementary education to become a kindergarten teacher. Being a CEO student has inspired her to make good connections within her community in order to develop a career network, entrepreneurial mindset, and skills that will last her a lifetime. She is so thankful to have received this opportunity.
