Dickinson County CEO students had the opportunity to tour TCT and hear from Scott Bankes, who shared the company’s journey through decades of innovation in the telecommunications industry.

From its early beginnings to its evolution into today’s TCT — students learned how the company has continuously adapted to industry changes and technology advancements.

Scott also highlighted the wide range of career opportunities available within TCT, opening students’ eyes to potential paths in tech, customer service, operations, and beyond. One student shared, “It was really interesting to hear how many career opportunities they truly have — it’s more than I expected.”
