💼 Banker Day 2025

Dickinson County CEO students stepped into the world of business finance with Banker Day—a key milestone in the CEO experience.

After committing to their individual business ideas and finalizing their business plans, students met one-on-one with local banking professionals. These conversations focused on the business operations and financial feasibility of their concepts—challenging students to explain their numbers, defend their strategies, and think critically about real-world execution.

This wasn’t just practice—it was a valuable two-way exchange that built confidence, sharpened communication skills, and brought each student one step closer to launching their business.

A huge thank-you to the banks that made this experience possible:
🔹 Astra Bank
🔹 Bennington State Bank
🔹 First Bank Kansas
🔹 First National Bank of Hope
🔹 Solomon State Bank
Your time, questions, and feedback were incredibly impactful.
