About Me

Hello, my name is Ben Goebel. I’m 16 years old and currently a junior at Clinton High School. At school, I’m involved in golf and baseball, and I’ve also played football in the past. I’m an active member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes club as well. After high school, I plan to attend college in Illinois and pursue a career in business. Outside of school, I work part-time, which keeps me busy, and I volunteer with youth programs at my church. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends—often out on the golf course.

I first heard about the CEO program as a freshman, and I knew right away it was something I wanted to be a part of. When I later had the chance to attend an experience day, I really enjoyed it and felt confident that this was the right fit for me. I’m drawn to the non-traditional classroom environment and the opportunity to be active and engaged outside of a typical school setting. Through CEO this year, I hope to learn more about local businesses, meet new people, and develop valuable skills that will help me in the future.
