🚁 Learning About Entrepreneurship from a Different Point of View!

Today, the Cass County CEO class welcomed Isaac Strubbe and Brayden Booth to share their experiences with drone spraying and entrepreneurship.

Isaac started his drone spraying business, Strubbe Drone Services, about four years ago and gave the class a look at what it really takes to run the operation. In addition to flying drones, Isaac handles the scheduling, billing, and planning that happen behind the scenes.

He shared several pieces of advice for anyone thinking about starting a business:
• Learn from those who know.
• Evaluate the market.
• Be ready to adapt when challenges arise.

Brayden, who has his pilot’s license and operates one of Isaac’s rigs, brought another valuable perspective to the conversation. As a former Morgan-Scott CEO member, he could relate directly to where our students are right now.

His message to the class was simple but important: Keep an open mind and be okay with changing your mind. You don’t have to have everything figured out right now. The experiences, connections, and opportunities along the way may lead you somewhere you never expected!
