We’ve been working as a team for 10 weeks now. Students are comfortable around each other. Now it’s time to dig deeper.

Today, our students were given a surprise task. Interview each other in pairs, but using their own deep and thoughtful questions.

They’ve mastered small talk. However, lasting connections are built when our walls come down.

Students will use their interviews to create slide decks and presentations about each other to share in class with their peers.

As our Facilitator told them today, “We’ve done Depth Level 1 connections and thrived. I challenge you to try for Depth Level 5 and see where it takes us as a team.”

As we enter the Group Business season, our goal is to create a safe, compassionate, honest, and deeply connected group of students, all aiming to excel together and individually.
