This year has been an incredible journey of growth, learning, and discovery. As a person, I’ve developed a newfound passion for business creation and admire the dedication and drive of successful business owners. This program has taught me that pursuing entrepreneurship is not just about having ideas but having the confidence and resilience to make them happen. At the start of the year, I doubted my ability to start a business, but now I know it’s possible with hard work and determination.
Through the program, I’ve strengthened my skills in leadership, collaboration, and time management. Most notably, I’ve learned to connect with others on a meaningful level, working toward shared goals while maintaining professionalism. I’m particularly proud of improving my communication skills, especially with strangers. Before this program, I struggled to focus and often got distracted. Now, I can remain attentive and engage in purposeful conversations.
One of the biggest challenges I faced was learning to navigate differing opinions within a team. At first, it was frustrating, but I realized the value in listening to diverse perspectives. This experience taught me that collaboration often leads to better solutions. CEO has made me more resourceful and adaptable, which will benefit me in any career path I pursue.
I’m proud of the impact my business had, as it allowed me to apply what I learned while contributing to my team’s success. This program has influenced my future goals by showing me the importance of perseverance and creativity in entrepreneurship. I want to continue exploring ways to combine my passion for business with my aspirations in physical therapy.
