As I reflect on this past year, I realize just how much CEO has reshaped my life. This program has pushed me far beyond my comfort zone, challenging me to confront fears, uncertainties, and doubts I never knew I had. Every decision carried weight, and with that responsibility came a constant pressure to perform, lead, and grow. But in the process, I learned that growth doesn’t happen in moments of success, it happens in the struggles, in the risks, and most importantly, in the failures. Leading a company meant that mistakes weren’t just inevitable, they were essential. Each failure gave me an opportunity to assess, adjust, and improve. Instead of letting setbacks define me, I learned to see them as stepping stones toward a stronger, wiser version of myself. Even more, CEO surrounded me with incredibly talented peers who now have grown into friendships. Watching them navigate their own challenges, share their insights, and support one another taught me that leadership isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about being open, adaptable, and humble enough to learn from others. I found strength in vulnerability and courage in collaboration. Over the past year, I’ve grown not just professionally, but personally, becoming more resilient, more strategic, and more confident in who I am and what I can achieve. The experience of leading has been far from easy, but it has been transformative. I am no longer the same person I was a year ago, I am stronger, sharper, and more committed to continual learning and growth. For that, I am deeply grateful and encourage everyone to jump out of their comfort zone.
