New Vision Co-op has been a staple business in our area since 1901. The young professionals learned about the cooperative business structure and how it differs from LLCs and corporations. Lina Bernal, Human Resources Manager for New Vision, shared the cooperative’s mission and values, highlighted the wide range of career opportunities, and discussed their strategic initiatives, all centered on supporting the success of local farmers.

The group also toured the plant, with a highlight being the opportunity to see how grain is loaded into railcars.

Thank you to New Vision for hosting a business visit with the SWMN CEO young professionals.
